Subscription and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st December 2024

1. Subscription Plans

LeGroSh offers premium subscription plans for users who wish to gain early access to Alpha and Beta versions of our apps. These plans are optional and allow privileged access before the public release of our apps, which are free upon public launch.

2. Beta Testing Disclaimer

By subscribing to our early access (Alpha/Beta) plans, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • The apps and features you are accessing are in development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or other issues.
  • Performance, stability, and usability are not guaranteed, and you may experience unexpected behavior, crashes, or data loss.
  • We disclaim all liability for any issues, including but not limited to data loss, app crashes, or productivity disruption while using these early access versions.
  • Your feedback on the app's performance and features is welcomed, but participation in beta testing does not entitle you to compensation or any guarantees for further use of the app.

3. Pricing & Payment

The subscription fees are clearly displayed before purchase and are charged based on the selected plan. As of now, the process is manual. You will request a plan through our pricing page, and we will contact you with the price and timeline details. Payments will proceed via bank transfer. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date. Once the payment is received, we will confirm your subscription via email.

4. Free Public Access

Once an app is officially released to the public, it will be available for free. Early access subscribers pay only for the privilege of testing and using the app before its public launch.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime. However, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed billing cycles unless there is a technical issue that prevents access to early features. Requests for refunds can be sent to hi@legrosh.com for review.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Any promotional or discounted subscriptions are non-refundable.

6. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Users will be notified in advance of any price changes, and the changes will only apply to future billing cycles. Continued use of the service after a price change signifies acceptance of the new rate.
